A magyarországi agrárüzemek száma folyamatosan csökken, amivel párhuzamosan a támogatást igénylők számának csökkenése és birtokkoncentráció folyamata is tetten érhető. A kis- és közepes méretű gazdaságok helyét átveszik a nagy- és óriás gazdaságok. A földtulajdonból és földhasználatból kiszorult helyben lakó gazdálkodóknak más megélhetés után kell nézniük. A folyamat a rurális térségek eltartóképességének zsugorodást eredményezi, az elvándorlás és a munkahelyek megszűnése révén.

The role of road networks in agriculture can never be over emphasised. Amongst all the other means of transportation, road has contributed a lot to agriculture and rural development in Nigeria and many other African countries. Apart from the significant roles of discovering new areas and opening of better markets for farm produce, it enables distribution of agricultural outputs and inputs both within villages, towns and cities in the country and also used for conveying farm produce home from farms.

While the literature and the EU’s agricultural policy emphasize the role of local products and short supply chains (SSC), the market opportunities for small farmers are increasingly barren due to the price-depressing effect of large multinational firms, which can also be seen in local networks. The main goal of the paper was to examine how the local market as a classic form of the short supply chain can be characterized and whether its operation could be helped by modern solutions.

The role of the endogenous resources has been emphasized since a long time by the literature of territorial and rural development. In parallel the role of agriculture in local employment has decreased significantly for the last few decades. The Institute for Regional Economics and Rural Development (IRERD) of the Szent István University Gödöllő regularly makes researches in traditionally farming rural villages to analyze the possible role of agriculture besides such tendencies in local development strategies.

Miközben a szakirodalom és az Unió politikája a helyi termékek és a rövid ellátási láncok szerepét hangsúlyozza, a kisebb mezőgazdasági termelők piaci esélyei egyre kilátástalanabbak a nagy multinacionális cégek ár-leszorító hatásának következtében, mely a lokális kapcsolatrendszerekben is tetten érhető. Fő célom az volt, hogy vizsgáljam, miként jellemezhető a rövid ellátási lánc klasszikusának számító helyi piac, és annak működése segíthető-e modern megoldásokkal.

Az agrártámogatások sokszínűsége választási lehetőséget ad a termelők számára, hogy ökológiai,- ökonómiai vagy kombinált gazdálkodási módot alkalmazzanak a gazdaságban. A területalapú támogatások szakmai értelmezése tág keretek között valósulhat meg. Lehetőség adódik a kiemelt jogcímek lehívására is támogatás-maximalizálás céljából, mellőzve az intenzív termelést. A tanulmányomban a kiegészítő jogcímek, a termelési jövedelmek és a bértábla egyes elemei közötti szélsőségekre kívánok rámutatni.

This paper seeks to estimate household food security situation in the Ganja-Gazakh region of Azerbaijan based on both rural and urban areas of the Ganja-Gazakh region by identifying the food consumption and nutritional security situation of individual households. Primary data was generated from 300 households through simple random sampling. A face to face survey interview was conducted to collect quantitative and qualitative data on food and nutritional security such as availability, access, utilization, and stability.

As the consequence of the modernization of the consumer habits and the intensive concentration process in retail sector there is an emerging need for building closer consumer- producer relations (Szabó, 2014).

The improvement of the organic farming is a basic aim of the national agricultural policy for years. The new CAP 2014-2020 also strengthen the central role of organic agriculture in the fight against climate change, the protection of the environment and the preservation of biodiversity. The organic farms are usually small scale enterprises so their development also relating to the improvement of the Short Food Supply Chains which is supported in the frame of the Rural Development Programme.

EU szerte a helyi és regionális termékcímkék széles választéka alakult ki, így a fogyasztók azonosítani tudják a helyi származású termékeket. Az Eurobarometer 2016-os felmérése szerint a lakosság nagy része egyetért abban, hogy a címkék alkalmazása hasznos, bár a védjegyek és árujelzők nagy száma, már-már elburjánzása, néhány tanulmány szerint, bizalmatlanságot ébreszt az élelmiszer minőségbiztosítási rendszerekkel szemben. Hazánkban is sokféle árujelző alkalmazása jöhet szóba a helyi termékek esetén.
