Egy magyar biztonságtechnikai vállalat ellátási lánca

Hazánkban, ha biztonságtechnikáról beszélünk az emberek számos dologra gondolnak. Van, aki a tűzjelzőkre, néhány pedig a biztonsági őrökre, a személy és vagyonvédelemre. Napjainkban pedig egyre jelentősebb szerepet kap a biztonságtechnika, az egyre több elektronikusan működő gépek, berendezések miatt. A jövőben méginkább elterjedtebbé válik a robotika, az Ipar 4.0 mindenhova begyűrüző hatása.  Tanulmányunkban a vállalat ellátási láncát vizsgáljuk, fényt derítünk arra, honnan indul a beszerzési folyamat, hogyan jut el az alkatrész a gyártási folyamatig, majd onnan az elosztóközpontba. Az elemzés során feltárjuk a folyamatban lévő esetleges hibákat, réseket, melyekre preventív megoldást javaslunk a jövőre vonatkozóan.

In Hungary, people think of many things if we talk about the security. Some people think about fire alarms, some about security guards, person and property security. And nowadays the security technology is playing an increasingly important role due to the increasing number of electronically operated machines and equipment. In the future, the pervasive effect of robotics, Industry 4.0, will become more widespread. In this study, we look at the supply chain of the company, exploring where the procurement process starts, how the part goes to the manufacturing process and then to the distribution center. In our research we uncover any potential faults and gaps what we could find in the flows, and we propose a preventive solution for the future.
