A magyar húsmarhatartás sikerességének háttere és jövője

A cikk elsődleges célja egy induló gazdaság beruházási költség-igényének meghatározása, valamint annak a feltevésnek a vizsgálata, miszerint hazánkban a legeredményesebb és leggazdaságosabb a legelőre alapozott, úgynevezett klasszikus tartás. Az ágazat hazai sikerei mögött főleg a kedvező környezeti adottságok állnak, ami kedvez a szabadtéri tartásnak, és a megfelelő takarmány-előállításnak. A sikeresség fenntartása érdekében a gazdáknak nagyobb figyelmet kell szentelniük az integrációk kialakításra, hiszen közösen nagyobb versenyelőnyre tehetnek szert. A kezdő gazdálkodók feladata, hogy megtalálják a gazdaságuk környezetébe legjobban illő fajtát és tartástechnológiát.

The primary aim of the article is to determine the cost demand of a starting enterprise and to analyse the hypothesis if the most profitable and successful animal keeping form in Hungary is the classical pasture based form. The reasons behind the domestic success of the sector are mainly the favourable environmental conditions, which are optimal for open-air cattle raising and for the appropriate feed production. For the sake of the sustainable success, farmers have to pay attention to the creation of an integration that will help them to gain competitive advantage. The task of young farmers is to find the sort of beef cattle and the technology of production which suits their farms and the environment of their farms the best.
