Unsere Studie präsentiert die Ergebnisse einer Umfrage, die in dem Dorf Csíkszenttamás durchgeführt wurde. Im Sommer 2019 nahmen Lehrkräfte und Studierende der MATE (Magyar Agrár- és Élettudományi Egyetem, Ungarische Universität für Agrarwissenschaften und Lifesciences, damals SZIE, Szent István Universität) und Gymnasiasten aus Gödöllő in einem Dorfforschungscamp teil, um statistische Daten zu sammeln und eine Fragebogenerhebung durchzuführen.

The role of road networks in agriculture can never be over emphasised. Amongst all the other means of transportation, road has contributed a lot to agriculture and rural development in Nigeria and many other African countries. Apart from the significant roles of discovering new areas and opening of better markets for farm produce, it enables distribution of agricultural outputs and inputs both within villages, towns and cities in the country and also used for conveying farm produce home from farms.

The role of the endogenous resources has been emphasized since a long time by the literature of territorial and rural development. In parallel the role of agriculture in local employment has decreased significantly for the last few decades. The Institute for Regional Economics and Rural Development (IRERD) of the Szent István University Gödöllő regularly makes researches in traditionally farming rural villages to analyze the possible role of agriculture besides such tendencies in local development strategies.

Csíkszenttamás demográfiai helyzetét a 2019-es nyári falukutató tábor keretében vizsgáltuk. A táborban a község helyi társadalmát, gazdasági lehetőségeit térképeztük fel, az eredményeket bemutattuk a falu lakóinak, és egy kötet formájában a szélesebb nyilvánosság számára is elérhetővé tettük. A csíkszenttamási falukutató tábor megvalósítását több mint egyéves felkészülés előzte meg. A szakirodalom áttekintése és a felkészülés az előkészítő megbeszélés után elkezdődött.

This paper seeks to estimate household food security situation in the Ganja-Gazakh region of Azerbaijan based on both rural and urban areas of the Ganja-Gazakh region by identifying the food consumption and nutritional security situation of individual households. Primary data was generated from 300 households through simple random sampling. A face to face survey interview was conducted to collect quantitative and qualitative data on food and nutritional security such as availability, access, utilization, and stability.
