Sustainable rural development is regarded as one of the main priorities of modern social and economic development on international, national and regional levels. The article presents the research of social and economic spheres within the implementation of Federal Target Programmes of sustainable rural development, based on the example of the Stavropol Region. The major results of the current research are authors’ interpretation of regional sustainable development, overview of the state policy in the field of social and economic rural development and assessment of the results achieved.
Napjainkban igen gyakran hallhatunk a vállalatok társadalmi felelősségvállalásáról (CSR), vállalatok felelős vagy éppen felelőtlen üzleti magatartásáról. Mi is valójában a CSR, milyen tevékenységeket takar, PR vagy marketing eszköz, vagy éppen menedzsment szemlélet, és mi állhat egy-egy vállalat esetében a hangzatos CSR tevékenységek hátterében? A CSR vizsgálható vállalaton belül és kívül, valamint holisztikus megközelítésben. A tanulmány a vállalaton belüli dimenzióra fókuszál, vizsgálva a CSR alkalmazottakra irányuló gyakorlati megvalósulását.
The world of ocean liners is full of secrets for many people, but, of course, it is a very special working environment by all means. During our examination we have undertaken to map the expectations and motivations of the employees coming from several continents together with some similarities and differences. Based on our results the similarities lying in the background of motivation can enhance cooperation and more intense encounters to a great extent even in spite of the intensive mental and physical burdens.
